Potato Rolo (Patates Rulo) recipe

Potato Rolo (Patates Rulo) - easy to prepare, but perfect for any occasion

Ingredients
  

The first mixture

  • 5 medium sized potatoes
  • 3 eggs
  • 200 g grated cheese casserole
  • 0.5 g chopped parsley
  • 2 tbsp salt
  • 1/2 pepper

Fil

  • 3 tbsp oil
  • 400 g ground beef (medium fat)
  • 1 onion (chopped)
  • 1 green pepper (chopped)
  • 1 red pepper (chopped)
  • 1 tbsp salt
  • 1/2 tbsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tbsp cumin
  • 1/2 tbsp chili pepper
  • 1 tbsp tomato paste

Instructions
 

  • Mix everything nicely and arrange in a square pan lined with baking paper. Bake for 40 minutes at 180 °.

Notes

Fry everything nicely, then arrange on the first mixture.

Roll up and sprinkle about 1/2 cup of grated cheese (any kind)  on top. Return to the oven for another 15 minutes. Serve the rolled potatoes with salad 🙂
