Potato Rolo (Patates Rulo) recipe
Potato Rolo (Patates Rulo) - easy to prepare, but perfect for any occasion
Ingredients
The first mixture
- 5 medium sized potatoes
- 3 eggs
- 200 g grated cheese casserole
- 0.5 g chopped parsley
- 2 tbsp salt
- 1/2 pepper
Fil
- 3 tbsp oil
- 400 g ground beef (medium fat)
- 1 onion (chopped)
- 1 green pepper (chopped)
- 1 red pepper (chopped)
- 1 tbsp salt
- 1/2 tbsp black pepper
- 1/2 tbsp cumin
- 1/2 tbsp chili pepper
- 1 tbsp tomato paste
Instructions
- Mix everything nicely and arrange in a square pan lined with baking paper. Bake for 40 minutes at 180 °.
Notes
Fry everything nicely, then arrange on the first mixture.
Roll up and sprinkle about 1/2 cup of grated cheese (any kind) on top. Return to the oven for another 15 minutes. Serve the rolled potatoes with salad 🙂
