Stuffed roasted peppers - recipe

Stuffed roasted peppers - baked in the oven you just can't imagine how delicious it is…

  • 6 Pappers
  • 1 large red onion
  • 300g minced meat
  • 100g rice
  • 1 tomato
  • 1 large carrot
  • 50ml oil


Remove the seeds, clean the peppers and cook them in boiling water for 5 minutes. Take out the water and let them cool. Fry the oil over medium heat, then add 10 minutes to fry; onion, meat, red pepper, pepper. Prepare the rice just to swell it up a bit. Drain the rice and add to the meat. Fill the peppers and place them in a baking dish. (the rest of the meat placed between the peppers) Cut the tomato (or shake the tomato sauce), add the carrots, vegeta, sweet pepper, flour and 400ml of water. Cook to make a thick laugh. Pour the stuffed peppers with the mixture and bake in the oven for half an hour to 45 minutes. (You can add over some cheese if you want) This is so delicious
